BRN keeps 1% of the purchase price and you keep the rest of our commission. That means your cash back BRN Rebate will almost always be 1.5% or 2% of your new home’s purchase price.
If your home's sale price is less than $1 million, BRN keeps $10,000 and you keep the rest of our commission.
